In the categories H/D21E the orienteering week is structured with a special consideration for the World Championships in Norway.
The 2nd and the 4th competitions are shortdistance.In all others the course lenghts vary from 8-10 kilometres.
We now offer also more demanding courses with slopes requiring constantly changing navigational techniques.Hard nuts to crack for runners in all classes!
